➤ Maximum Capacity
This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests in total, strictly
limited to a maximum of 6 adults + 2 kids.

➤ As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their
passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in
with the building front desk.

➤Also, please remember to return the access cards in good condition when you
check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 350 per card.
